CSC History:
In 1989, Patrick Nelson and Gary Schwartz realized a dream that both Partners had had for many years, to open a new kind of Executive Search Firm. One built on the solid principles of hard work, ethics, education, and dedication to an industry ripe with inexperience, mistrust, and perceived avarice.
CSC began by building a reputation for handling only the best quality Candidates and representing only the most ethical Clients. Working on a moderate contingency fee basis, with the most generous guarantees, CSC built a reputation for standing behind their work, often going beyond contractual requirements to establish and maintain solid working relationships. CSCs list of Clients has grown over the years but remains Select. Outstanding service and performance have produced solid relationships with Clients on both a contingency and retained basis.
